📋 Description

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness • Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports • Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and treasury activities • Review and process employee expense reports in compliance with company policy • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed • Code and reconcile credit card transactions • Analyze variances and provide insights into key financial drivers • Assist with audits, tax filings, and compliance reporting • Drive process improvements and implement best practices to strengthen internal controls • Collaborate with other members of the accounting team to support department objectives • Work on special projects and reporting as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology company • Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting • Strong experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and cash management • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Intacct, Intuit, Xero, or similar) and advanced Excel skills • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively across teams • A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced remote environment
