📋 Description

• Develop, maintain and deliver content that supports students throughout their application journey • Audit and continually enhance Medify’s medical applicant journey through engaging written and visual content • Collaborate with internal teams and external contributors to create a consistent and high-quality customer experience • Partner with Product to ensure new features are supported with best-in-class educational content • Help create a seamless and inspiring learning journey for students from application through to medical school • Manage the production workflow, quality assurance and delivery of multiple editorial projects • Coordinate and support a network of freelance authors, illustrators and copy editors • Collaborate with Product Marketing to communicate industry and product updates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Dentistry or Education • Postgraduate qualification in Medical Education (PGCert, PGDip, MSc or equivalent) (desirable) • Fellowship or Membership of a recognised Medical Education body (e.g. FHEA or FAcadMEd) • In-depth knowledge of the medical school application journey (first-hand experience is a significant advantage) • Experience coordinating digital content production • Strong project management skills • Knowledge of instructional design or curriculum development (desirable)
