• Responsible for medical device collection programs in hospitals throughout a defined region • Liaison with hospital staff to coordinate ‘Go Live Days’ for launching the reprocessing program • Create routes and schedules for Field Service Representatives (FSR) • Communicate labor needs to leadership and HR for appropriate talent acquisition • Educate hospital staff on the reprocessing program • Troubleshoot and resolve problems in collection systems • Collaborate with various sales teams to increase device collections • Compile and monitor weekly status reports from FSR • Conduct periodic business reviews after launch to retain hospital staff's commitment towards program success
• High School Diploma or equivalent • At least 5 years of experience in medical or sales environment • At least 1 year experience in a hospital or operating room setting • Current valid driver's license and vehicle insurance • Clean driving record • Ability to travel in own vehicle to designated facilities • Experience communicating technical information to non-technical audiences • Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers • Experience accomplishing tasks in an optimum order • Up to 80% travel for business purposes
