• Lead sales efforts by conducting face-to-face sales calls with physicians, nurses, and other key purchase influencers in the sales territory • Responsible for the successful execution of Sales Action Plans • Conduct strategic sales calls to relevant hospital departments, outpatient surgery centers, and doctors’ offices • Provide support and service to clinical personnel related to products in a surgical environment • Report competitive activity within the territory to the Region Manager and maintain all records and reports
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years of experience OR Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years of experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years of experience • Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences • Successful medical sales record, preferably with ENT products • Knowledge of ENT assigned product/therapy customer base • Excellent inter-personal and organizational skills • Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy • Must be able to drive approximately 75% of the time within assigned territory and may require overnight travel.
