📋 Description

• Coordinate the execution of EMEA Surgical Robotics marketing programs, including planning, stakeholder alignment, timelines, and follow-up • Support the planning and delivery of congresses, customer events, demonstrations, workshops, and other regional marketing activities • Coordinate logistics, materials, and vendor activities for events and programs • Manage operational aspects of the regional demo program, including equipment scheduling, logistics, and supporting-material readiness • Coordinate localization, review, approval, and distribution of marketing collateral and sales enablement materials for EMEA markets • Collaborate with regional marketing, country marketing, sales, medical education, compliance, events, and external partners • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and marketing assets • Maintain marketing content libraries and enablement resources • Support process optimization, document best practices, and drive operational excellence across the EMEA region

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Communications, or a related field • Early career experience in marketing, project coordination, events, sales support, or commercial operations • Preferably experience within healthcare, medical devices, or another regulated industry • Strong organizational and project coordination skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously • Experience supporting marketing events, congresses, customer programs, or field marketing activities • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, international matrix environment • Customer-focused mindset • Strong attention to detail, execution quality, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and other digital collaboration tools • Ability to travel across the EMEA region approximately 30–60% of the time, depending on congresses, demonstrations, and regional marketing activities
