📋 Description
• Seize the opportunity to be at the forefront of the future of electrophysiology • Plan programs in collaboration with the Sales Director and other groups to train customers • Provide technical support to customers regarding CAS products and procedures • Support sales and marketing teams during presentations and introductions of new products and therapies • Report all information, trends and metrics related to accounts, the market and competitors • Collect and report all customer feedback, product-related issues and legal concerns, as well as customer complaints regarding product-related events • Perform all administrative tasks, including regularly providing activity reports to the Sales Director.
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s degree in life sciences or engineering • Minimum 5 years’ experience with electrophysiology procedures and products • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on projects • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organization • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy • Experience in the medical device industry, including in a hospital operating room (OR) environment, is a plus.
