📋 Description

• Lead the development and governance of an Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) knowledge management ecosystem, ensuring methodologies, tools, and best practices are systematically captured and maintained • Design and deploy AI-enabled tools, agents, and workflows that improve knowledge accessibility, consulting productivity, and delivery consistency • Drive scalable consulting delivery through standardized toolkits, governance frameworks, and reusable assets across multiple markets • Partner with consulting teams across EurAsia to convert project learnings, client insights, and market intelligence into AI-ready content and reusable knowledge assets • Support healthcare transformation projects through analytics, business case development, and consulting expertise for hospitals and health systems • Promote adoption of knowledge assets, AI capabilities, and best practices across consulting and commercial teams, improving efficiency and delivery quality at scale

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Minimum 5 years of consulting experience, including strategy development, implementation, and results delivery • Experience developing or managing knowledge management frameworks, digital platforms, or reusable consulting methodologies • Demonstrated experience applying AI, automation, or digital solutions to improve business processes, knowledge management, or consulting delivery • Strong project management experience, including stakeholder management, planning, risk management, and delivery oversight • Professional English communication and presentation skills, written and verbal
