📋 Description

• Provide field support for various clinical research studies, including site selection, activation, protocol setup, training, participant enrollment support, case support, quality data acquisition, and study closure • Address clinical research site needs through frequent email, phone, and on-site contact with investigators and research coordinators • Maintain knowledge of clinical sites in a geographic area and assess investigators' interests and capabilities • Communicate with in-house clinical trial leaders regarding the status and performance of multiple studies • Assist with device allocation, distribution, and reconciliation • Support the successful conduct of assigned clinical studies in accordance with regulations, guidelines, and policies • Interface with Monitoring, Data Management, Research & Development, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, and Clinical groups • Identify and mitigate quality risks and issues and oversee site issue resolution • Refer to SOPs and study management processes for everyday study tasks • Participate in training to enhance knowledge • Assist with oversight of activities performed by Contract Research Organizations, core labs, and other partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of clinical research/clinical experience OR Advanced degree with 2 years of clinical research/clinical experience • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in additional European languages is preferred • Good prioritization and organizational skills • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Ability to travel up to 75% primarily within Europe
