📋 Description

• Drive market share growth in stapling technologies and pioneer robotic hybrid bedside procedures • Serve as the district expert on stapling technologies, including Signia with Specialty Reloads and Circular EEA™ • Provide hands-on training and clinical support to surgeons and surgical teams • Lead introduction and execution of robotic hybrid bedside procedures across the district • Drive conversion opportunities with robotic surgery teams • Initiate and execute therapy awareness, robotic-assisted surgery adoption, and peer-to-peer training programs • Partner with MedEd on key opinion leader engagement strategies • Collaborate with HEPR to identify and address economic opportunities for portfolio expansion • Maintain weekly presence in robotic procedures using hernia/barbed suture techniques • Build strategic relationships with robotic surgery teams to support HUGO™ platform entry • Achieve or exceed sales quota for assigned products • Improve margin growth by shifting from manual to powered stapling solutions • Improve new business conversion through procedure adoption and surgeon engagement • Enhance opportunity management and forecasting accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and 8+ years of relevant experience, or associate’s degree and 6+ years, or bachelor’s degree and 4+ years • Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences • Reside within the South LA and Central/North OC territory • Valid driver's license • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not offered below Principal level • Experience and knowledge within Medtronic Surgical/Stapling and Digital Technology preferred • Proven sales record in medical device or healthcare, preferably surgical or related fields • Understanding of clinical environments and ability to communicate complex product information • Experience building and managing relationships with clinical and administrative decision-makers • Ability to analyze business trends and develop actionable strategies • Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Proficiency with CRM software such as SF.com and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to meet physical requirements, including independent mobility and computer-based communication
