• Provide real-time procedural assistance for Surgical Centers of Therapy within the aligned territory • Offer technical expertise and troubleshooting support during product use • Serve as a resource for physicians and surgical teams in the operating room • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries during on-site procedures • Communicate customer needs and report concerns and opportunities to the Surgical Account Manager • Perform equipment and software upgrades • Conduct equipment fleet audits • Lead in-service training for physicians, residents, and surgical staff • Support Resident Labs, MedEd courses, Regional Peer Education, and Continuing Education programs • Assist with product trials, implementation, conversions, and product adoption strategies • Maintain accurate tracking and availability of surgical products and inventory • Drive product utilization, customer engagement, lead generation, sales objectives, and account expansion
• Bachelor's degree • Minimum of 1 year of required experience • Field-based role requiring approximately 25% travel • Ability to travel up to 50% when necessary, including overnight and/or weekend travel • Valid driver's license issued in one of the 50 States with a clean driving record • 1+ year of clinical experience in the operating room preferred • B2B sales experience preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Relevant clinical or hospital experience preferred • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and MS Teams • Strong drive for results, action orientation, strong work ethic, and career ambition • Ability to develop and present complex product demonstrations • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment • For foreign-earned baccalaureate degrees, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Ability to meet hospital or clinic credentialing requirements • Ability to perform the physical requirements, including independent mobility, computer interaction, and communication through telephone, email, instant message, and in-person media
