📋 Description
• Define, refine, and execute the long-term AI-first product vision and strategy for MEDvidi • Lead, coach, and manage the full product & engineering organisation across both product tracks • Set and maintain a high bar for product quality and execution speed across all teams • Facilitate quarterly strategy and OKR planning at the executive level • Resolve cross-functional blockers and identify opportunities through direct day-to-day engagement with teams • Continuously improve product & engineering culture and processes • Collaborate with other department heads and the CEO on company-level initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple product teams • Experience leading cross-functional organisations that include design, data, and/or engineering — not just PM • Strong product sense: proven track record of both growing existing products and building new ones from 0 to 1 • Hands-on experience building AI-first products, including practical knowledge of RAG systems, Agentic AI, and AI Evals • Ability to build an AI product prototype independently, without involving engineering • Experience with behavioural design — building product experiences that drive user behaviour, not just ship features • Executive-level communication skills: ability to bring clarity to complex, uncertain situations • Experience driving company-level strategy and quarterly OKR planning • Data-driven mindset: ability to diagnose issues with data using a segment → root cause → fix approach • Structured problem solving using issue trees, hypothesis trees, or equivalent frameworks • Culture fit: ownership, focus, radical transparency, evidence-based decisions • Advanced English (C1+) and fluent Russian
