• Degree in Marketing, Business, Mathematics, or related quantitative field • 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably in the creative industry or entertainment marketing • Expert-level proficiency across Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and Snapchat Ads • Proven track record managing 100+ simultaneous campaigns and conducting large-scale A/B testing on audio/video content • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret streaming data and make rapid campaign optimization decisions • Self-directed approach thriving in fast-paced, metric-driven environments focused on cultural impact • Colleagues would describe you as hard-working, ambitious and persistent • You’re obsessed with music, video or social media.
