📋 Description
• Manage employees across several geolocations. • Contribute technical leadership to the team that extends and supports management tools for remote browser technology. • Guide and mentor the team in architecture, design, development, deployment, and monitoring of portals for customer administrators and internal configuration.
🎯 Requirements
• Deep understanding of backend development experience using Python, Node.js, and Go, in a Linux environment. • Strong knowledge of modern development practices, including automated testing, build tools, and UI/UX principles. • Experience designing and implementing scalable web application architectures. • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and API design principles. • Proven experience leading and mentoring high performing software development teams. • Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to provide technical guidance, perform code reviews, and debug complex issues. • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • 2+ years of experience in leading and building high-performing engineering teams. • BSc or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field.
