📋 Description

• Define and execute a product roadmap for AI/ML-powered features and products • Work with the technical team to prototype and experiment with the latest AI models (LLMs, multimodal AI, generative systems) using PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face • Design AI workflows including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG systems • Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the AI landscape • Partner with engineering, design, and data science teams to bring AI products to market • Establish success metrics and present product vision to executive leadership • Stay current with emerging AI research and assess applicability to product development

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI-focused companies • 3+ years hands-on experience with modern AI/ML technologies • Familiarity with Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn) • Direct experience with large language models, fine-tuning, and deployment • Knowledge of transformer architectures and neural network fundamentals • Experience with vector databases • Knowledge of AI safety, ethics, and responsible AI practices • Familiarity with AI APIs and integration patterns • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation • Proven track record launching products using agile methodologies • Strong analytical skills with A/B testing and data-driven decision making.
