• 1–6 years of direct lending or private credit experience with a leading firm. • Deep knowledge of private market deal structuring, credit analysis, and portfolio management. • Expertise in originating and executing bespoke credit solutions for sponsors and borrowers. • Advanced skills in financial modeling and reporting for private credit transactions. • Minimum 10 hour commitment per week.
