📋 Description

• Mentor and develop a high-performing DevOps team of 2–5 engineers • Define and execute the Azure DevOps vision and roadmap • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and modern tooling • Lead application and platform modernization in a cloud-first environment • Partner with engineering teams to improve reliability, scalability, security, and delivery speed • Build and manage infrastructure using ARM, Bicep, Terraform, or similar tools • Build CI/CD for Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, Power BI, and database deployments • Implement secure, automated pipelines for applications, data, and AI/ML workloads • Improve cloud performance and cost efficiency while ensuring compliance and best practices • Serve as an escalation point and collaborate with architecture, security, and product teams

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure, networking, identity, and platform services • Deep expertise in CI/CD pipelines and automation, preferably Azure DevOps • Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, ARM, or similar tools • Knowledge of containers, Kubernetes, or Azure PaaS • Solid understanding of cloud security, DevSecOps, and governance • Proven success as a DevOps Lead or Manager with direct people leadership • Strong balance of hands-on engineering and strategic leadership • Experience managing production cloud environments at scale • Track record of improving delivery reliability and engineering velocity • Comfortable working cross-functionally across engineering, security, and product teams • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field—or equivalent experience • Experience with cloud migrations or modernization initiatives • Background in FinOps or cloud cost optimization • Experience in enterprise-scale or regulated environments
