📋 Description

• Review, assess, and provide structured feedback on domain-specific documents • Ensure document quality, accuracy, and relevance • Contribute to high-impact evaluation projects • Work on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems • Collaborate with leading researchers • Complete work independently on a flexible schedule • Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) • At least 2+ years of professional experience in a relevant domain • Experience in customer support, service delivery, or customer success roles • Strong analytical skills • Strong written communication skills • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Strong document analysis and review skills • Attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines • Based in the United States, Europe, UK or Canada • Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT support
