📋 Description

• Read a synthetic legal matter and its underlying documents • Review six blinded AI-generated deliverables labelled A–F • Make five head-to-head comparisons against a common comparator output • Write a short, specific rationale for every preference • Evaluate legal work products for Chapter 11 first-day motions, Section 363 sales and bid evaluation, cross-class plan treatment, and plan objections • Complete one materially larger full first-day motions package within the engagement • Work independently on a flexible schedule and meet written deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with substantive practice experience in Chapter 11 first-day motions, Section 363 sales and bid evaluation, cross-class plan treatment, and plan objections • Able to judge work product holistically for correctness, completeness, judgment, and usefulness • Precise written English • Able to work independently according to written instructions and a deadline • Commitment of approximately 18 hours across the engagement • Must comply with NDA confidentiality requirements • External AI tools must not be used on project material • Engaged as an independent contractor • H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
