📋 Description

• Complete self-contained strategic finance exercises from mock files • Build business cases and investment appraisals using NPV, IRR, and payback • Produce capital allocation determinations ranking investments against hurdle rates with portfolio review • Build scenario and sensitivity analyses of the corporate plan across demand, pricing, and cost • Analyze pricing and discount economics to support price setting and deal desk approvals with margin impact • Produce market sizing and competitive landscape analysis • Analyze cohort and unit economics • Conduct cost baseline and savings analysis for a cost reduction program • Deliver work products graded against a rubric

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in strategic finance, corporate strategy, or corporate planning inside an operating company • Ownership of a capital or pricing decision that went to a leadership forum • Nice to have: Management consulting or Big 4 strategy background now in an operator seat • Nice to have: Growth equity background now in-house • Nice to have: Deal desk or pricing strategy experience • Complete an assessment involving a business case with NPV and IRR, a pricing and margin recommendation, and a capital allocation ranking • Fund-side strategy roles are out of scope
