📋 Description

• Create content that supports Mercury’s educational content program, strategic campaigns, and brand initiatives • Work cross-functionally to develop and execute distribution plans • Repurpose content across formats and channels • Collaborate on SEO and AEO strategies • Experiment with new content formats, creative approaches, and distribution strategies • Use performance data and audience insights to improve content effectiveness • Leverage AI tools and workflows to accelerate research, ideation, production, and content repurposing • Help build repeatable systems and production processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, audience development, creator media, social media, or related fields • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong bias toward execution • Experience creating and distributing content across channels and formats • Fluency with modern content and AI tools • Strong judgment informed by data, audience insights, and performance signals • A track record of operating independently, managing projects, and getting high-quality work out the door • Your finger on the pulse of internet culture, media trends, and the evolving content landscape
