📋 Description

• Own the experience of collaboration on Mercury, including roles, permissions, and product experiences for founders, employees, finance teams, and accountants • Make it easier for founders to bring their whole team onto Mercury by improving invitations • Build collaboration experiences across email, Slack, iMessage, and other finance-related interactions • Work with largest customers to understand employee spend and financial operations as they grow, delivering critical functionality • Shape the product direction as Mercury’s product ambition and supported user types evolve, including agents • Drive proactive collaboration with product teams to unblock customer collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant product management experience, preferably on collaboration products or platform teams accountable for identity, roles, and authorization • Taste, and the judgment to balance product against platform • A point of view on agentic action, and on which parts of this get harder when the actor isn't a person • A track record of turning ambiguity into a clear point of view, independently • The ability to take complex problems end to end (research, design, engineering, GTM, stakeholder management) autonomously
