📋 Description

• Ship new capabilities users love • Help design and ship new Command skills • Partner with product and compliance teams to define correctness for each new capability • Build tests that prove new capabilities work correctly • Collaborate with a small team of product and AI engineers • Evolve Mercury Command, extend its capabilities, and leverage LLMs to improve the banking experience • Work effectively amid ambiguity and shifting priorities in a scrappy startup environment

🎯 Requirements

• 1–4 years of backend or full-stack development experience • Knowledge of or excitement to learn Haskell, React, TypeScript, and Redux • Experience building LLM-powered products • Experience building and shipping new products • Product-minded approach • Ability to empathize with users and channel their perspective into products • Ability to balance tradeoffs and find creative solutions • Active incorporation of AI tools into workflow • Excitement about leveraging AI to accelerate development, improve code quality, or solve difficult problems
