📋 Description
• Oversee day-to-day pricing operations, ensuring accuracy of financial metrics and smooth system performance. • Ensure smooth operation of related IT systems and automation. • Monitor product metrics daily and adjust admin settings accordingly. • Assist team and partners with special cases and lead root cause investigations. • Handle tech-related pricing issues and consult with tech teams. • Analyze and lead improvements of business processes related to pricing management. • Assess pricing impact on channel revenue and perform competitive analysis. • Test and assess new pricing hypotheses. • Monitor financial metrics (costs, margin, profit) and keep them within set targets. • Maintain up-to-date product documentation and reporting. • Assist in preparing disaster recovery and business continuity plans, policies, and procedures. • Perform other duties as required or assigned.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Tech or related field. • 3+ years’ experience in Analytics, Operations management, Project management or related roles (consulting/audit/fintech/product/science). • Knowledge of financial analysis and basic metrics. • Experience with database engines/dashboards and basic SQL knowledge. • Skilled in Microsoft Excel. • Detail-oriented with superior verbal and written communication skills. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with problem-solving attitude. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks. • Proactive mindset. • Confident spoken and written English and Russian. • Experience in transactional business (payments processing) is an advantage.
