📋 Description

• Develop and execute Mercuryo’s social media strategy across X and LinkedIn. • Build a consistent, data-driven approach to storytelling around Web3 payments, partner integrations, and product updates. • Plan, create, and publish engaging short- and long-form content in collaboration with the compliance, design, and partner marketing teams. • Maintain a structured posting schedule aligned with ongoing campaigns, product launches, and events. • Craft high-quality social media copy that translates complex crypto concepts into clear, engaging narratives. • Support partner campaigns and integrations by turning briefs into creative, on-brand posts. • Track and analyze social media performance, audience growth, and content reach across platforms. • Collaborate closely with partner marketing, design, and analytics teams to ensure smooth content execution and campaign alignment. • Contribute to broader content planning discussions and help shape the direction of Mercuryo’s digital presence.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing or communications, ideally in Web3, fintech, or tech startups. • Proven ability to craft engaging content and adapt tone to fit different audiences and platforms. • Deep understanding of crypto culture, major ecosystems, and Web3 trends. • Experience managing paid campaigns on X and LinkedIn. • Strong analytical mindset, confident using data to measure impact and inform strategy. • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. • Bonus: experience in influencer marketing, event coverage, and creative campaign ideation.
