• Supervise and support the Data Entry Specialists, ensuring adherence to quality and productivity standards • Develop and implement data entry protocols and best practices aligned with Netchex’s operational goals • Monitor data accuracy and completeness across systems and reports • Coordinate with internal teams (Payroll, IT, Product) to ensure smooth data flow and timely updates • Manage timelines and deliverables for data-related projects • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards • Create documentation and training materials to support onboarding and continuous improvement
• 4+ years of experience in data entry or data operations, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role • Strong understanding of payroll systems and employee data management • Preferred: Fundamentals of Payroll Certification (FPC) • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
