📋 Description
• Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies to increase organic visibility, rankings, and conversions • Perform comprehensive keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and site audits • Identify opportunities to improve domain authority, traffic, and SERP positioning • Optimize and troubleshoot SEO performance in XenForo forums (PHP-based), legacy PHP pages, and HubSpot environments • Collaborate with developers to ensure SEO integration in site updates and new features • Guide content strategy through keyword mapping, intent alignment, and optimization of metadata, headings, schema, internal linking, and image attributes • Track, analyze, and report SEO KPIs (traffic, rankings, CTR, conversions) • Recommend ethical link-building strategies to improve domain authority
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience (technical + content + strategy) • Strong experience with platforms such as XenForo, PHP-based websites, and HubSpot CMS • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture principles • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) • Experience optimizing technical SEO elements (crawlability, structured data, canonicalization, page speed, sitemaps, robots.txt, schema) • Fluency in English (written and spoken) • Excellent analytical and reporting skills • Alignment with Metal Toad’s values and mission
