📋 Description

• Lead and inspire the global marketing organization, fostering innovation, accountability, and performance excellence. • Define and execute MetaRouter’s holistic marketing strategy to accelerate pipeline growth and brand equity across enterprise markets. • Align marketing efforts with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution. • Oversee all marketing functions, including demand generation, product marketing, brand strategy, communications, and digital marketing. • Develop data-driven frameworks for measuring marketing performance, optimizing ROI, and informing strategic decisions. • Steward the MetaRouter brand, ensuring consistent messaging, thought leadership, and market differentiation. • Manage budgets and partnerships, ensuring marketing investments are efficient and aligned with growth objectives. • Serve as a key member of the executive team, contributing to overall company strategy, planning, and culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a B2B marketing for a martech / adtech / data company • Proven success in scaling enterprise demand generation and developing integrated go-to-market strategies. • Deep understanding of retail media, adtech, martech / customer data platforms is strongly preferred. • Experience with data infrastructure is a plus. • Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and scale high-performing global teams. • Expertise in brand positioning, digital marketing, content strategy, and product marketing. • Analytical mindset with a passion for leveraging data and insights to drive strategic decisions. • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills. • Thrives in a remote, fast-paced, and high-growth environment in an early stage company.
