• Customer Success Associate (US, West Coast) • Deliver a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for midmarket and self-serve customers. • Drive feature adoption at scale through targeted, data-driven outreach and personalized support. • Monitor key metrics and leverage data insights to prioritize accounts and actions. • Assist with Technical Support as needed. • Shape and refine a scalable approach to customer success and retention. • Champion customer feedback to drive product and service improvements.
