📋 Description

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource forecasts for implementation and configuration services • Track project progress and dependencies to ensure timely delivery • Maintain alignment between deliverables and statement of work • Serve as the central point of contact for status updates, risks, and issue resolution • Ensure projects follow MGIS’s standardized delivery methodology • Identify risks early and implement solutions to maintain quality and satisfaction • Work with Customer Success and internal teams to ensure smooth client transitions after delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of project management experience, ideally in a Professional Services or SaaS implementation environment • Strong capability in managing timelines, resources, and scope across complex client projects • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills • History of delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget • Familiarity with SaaS, cybersecurity, or IT project delivery • PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certifications are a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
