📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • We are seeking a Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join a highly collaborative and innovative team developing AI platform features that empower customers to efficiently manage cyber risk, discover insights, and improve workflows. • This role will play a critical part in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI and machine learning solutions in a dynamic and security-focused environment. • You will help shape the future of AI in vulnerability management by mentoring junior engineers, collaborating across teams, and contributing to the development of cutting-edge technologies in the cybersecurity domain. • Key Responsibilities • Design AI-enabled software products that align with current needs and scale with future requirements • Provide technical leadership in implementing robust AI/ML models (e.g., NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, predictive analytics) • Own the AI model lifecycle: training, tuning, deployment, monitoring, and retraining • Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into the platform • Support quality initiatives to meet client expectations and maintain high satisfaction and retention rates • Champion team-led work planning, value delivery, and execution processes • Participate in planning sessions to align quality objectives and define measurable standards • Optimize AI models for performance, cost-efficiency, and maintainability • Contribute to building a high-performing engineering team through talent identification and recruitment • Promote team productivity, autonomy, and continuous improvement • Develop technical documentation to enhance understanding and support • Stay current with AI research, frameworks, and industry trends; evaluate and integrate new tools when appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience, with a strong track record of delivering ML-powered products • 3+ years of experience in Java • Proficiency in Python or TypeScript and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, LlamaIndex, Ollama, or LangChain • Strong understanding of core software engineering principles (version control, CI/CD, APIs, containerization) • Experience deploying AI models to production in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) • Familiarity with vector databases such as Qdrant • MLOps experience using tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker • Proven ability to lead technical teams and communicate effectively • BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or Electrical Engineering
