• This is a remote position. • System Migration: TeamMate AM (TM AM) to TeamMate+ (TM+) • Objective: The project involves onboarding an audit and evaluation branch onto a centralized audit platform by migrating from TM AM to TM+. • A senior system administrator with expertise in information management, IT, and business services is required. • Tasks: • Initiation: Conduct a kickoff meeting with the project team. • Cloud and Configuration: Validate the development environment. • Configure TM+ • Hold internal discussions on TM+ configuration. • Set up and test tenant configurations. • User Training: Conduct one-day training sessions in both official languages: • One French session (1-4 attendees). • Two English sessions (9-12 attendees per session). • Cover TM+ functions, audit workflow, navigation, and hands-on activities. • Migration: Prepare TM AM data for migration. • Develop a retention plan for TM AM data, including archiving old projects. • Work with the contractor to prepare and execute data migration. • Migrate TM AM database to a historical tenant. • Transfer completed projects from TM AM post-production. • Production Deployment: Apply configurations to the TM+ production environment. • Select a pilot project for TM+ testing. • Deploy TM+ to the production environment. • Complete the transition to regular TM+ support. • Deliverables: • Project schedule/timeline • TM+ installation and technical configuration • TM+ validation and testing • TM+ software configuration for production • Data migration from TM AM to TM+ • TM+ training for up to 23 users, including training materials • Ongoing customer support throughout migration and post-migration • Reporting • Work plan and timelines confirmed at project initiation. • Bi-weekly 30-60 minute status update meetings with the project team. • Monthly invoices submitted for validation.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with TM+ migration services. • Compliance with government regulations. • Pre-qualification under the appropriate IT services stream. • Work primarily conducted in English. • Training must be available in both English and French as needed.
