📋 Description
• This role will oversee the overall project from initiation through to completion, ensuring that it stays on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards. • You will manage the project team, stakeholder communication, and risk management. • The scope of activities will encompass leading, planning, design, implementation, testing and solution documentation activities. • This is a client facing position and the candidate must be able to communicate to clients and potential clients both verbally and in written format. • Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals. • Monitor project progress and make detailed, scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables. • Communicate proactively with the internal teams to identify problems, create solutions, and improve efficiencies. • Generate functional, system, and technical requirements from all stakeholders on each project. • Conduct requirements-gathering using internal/external data like end-user interviews. • Collaborate on proof-of-concepts, pilots, minimum viable products, business cases and quality control. • Lead and support engineering teams to deliver projects for clients on schedule and within budget. • Maintain the project Risk register.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong project leadership skills. • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams. • Experience in planning and executing complex projects including schedule, cost, scope, and personnel management. • Ability to ask the right questions, identify risks or gaps in a project plan, and exhaustively investigate problems to closure. • Solid Telco/ Towerco industry experience. • In depth understanding and experience with the eTOM Business Process Framework. • Extensive leadership experience with strong communication skills. • Excellent problem-solving skills. • Strong experience developing and/or leading large projects/programs across multiple teams with focus on systems with various forms of integration. • Ability to write and speak clearly about technical and programmatic subject matter. • PMP Certification advantageous.
