📋 Description

• You will lead the construction and deployment of Milence charging hubs, managing projects within scope, time, and budget. • You will oversee the process of acquiring permits and grid connections, ensuring no unnecessary delays. • You will select and contract external partners, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. • You will build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, permitting authorities, grid operators, and internal teams. • You will identify risks and optimizations early, communicating proactively to keep projects on track. • You will uphold Milence’s commitment to quality, safety, and sustainability in every project.

🎯 Requirements

• You have experience in project management within construction, infrastructure, or related fields. • You have the ability to plan, execute, and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders. • You have strong communication skills—able to engage and align teams across cultures and disciplines. • You have an analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a focus on cost-effective, innovative solutions. • You have technical knowledge of construction processes, permitting, HSEQ, and grid connections. • You have proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and ERP systems. • You have a commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. • You hold a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, construction, project management, business administration, or equivalent experience.
