📋 Description

• Train customers’ personnel in the operation and programming of machine tools to ensure competent and safe use • Run projects professionally and deliver them to agreed engineering specifications, on time and to budget • Maintain accurate project documentation for full traceability • Use the Mills CNC Field Service App to log daily tasks, visit coverage, and issues • Gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Mills CNC product range • Attend training on new control systems and machine models as necessary • Cover customer locations across the UK and Ireland

🎯 Requirements

• Fanuc and Siemens programming experience is essential • At least 5 years’ experience of 5-Axis machining centre or multi-tasking mill/turn centre is essential • Ability to interpret complex drawings • Heidenhain control experience is an advantage • Knowledge of Fusion 360 is an advantage • Time-served engineer with recognised apprenticeship • Midlands location ideal, but all UK applicants considered • Professional and effective communicator • Prepared to work away from home during the week • Willing to cover the UK and Ireland
