📋 Description

‱ Lead a team of 30–40 closers and ensure high-performance standards ‱ Coach and support your team daily to maximize closing rates ‱ Analyze and manage key KPIs: revenue, closing rate, show-up rate, call volume ‱ Organize daily briefings and debriefings ‱ Manage schedules and priorities to maintain an optimal call flow ‱ Serve as the direct liaison with Sales Leadership (VP of Sales) ‱ Identify, develop, and promote top performers ‱ Ensure strict execution of scripts, processes, and quality standards

🎯 Requirements

‱ Proven experience in sales management during high-volume launches or challenges ‱ Strong background in B2C closing or infopreneurship ‱ Proficiency with CRM tools and reporting (ideally iClosed) ‱ Competitive, results- and performance-oriented mindset ‱ Data-driven mindset and deep understanding of performance metrics ‱ Natural leadership, high standards, and resilience in a high-pressure environment ‱ Available full-time from December 2025 for onboarding and challenge preparation
