• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline for patient monitoring and life support solutions • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs • Collaborate daily with the Enterprise Sales Team • Plan and facilitate installation, in-service, and post-sale activities • Maintain long-term relationships with hospital stakeholders • Participate in cross-divisional strategy sessions • Serve as a field trainer when needed
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred • Proven success in capital or medical equipment sales • Strong cold-calling, prospecting, and presentation skills • Ability to communicate effectively with both clinical and administrative stakeholders • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze competitive dynamics • High energy, professional presence, and strong organizational skills • Proficiency with PowerPoint and CRM tools such as Salesforce • Willingness to travel 50–75%
