📋 Description

• Create high-quality visual assets for the Tendem project and real-world use cases • Design distinctive professional logos and visual identity concepts from creative briefs • Explore multiple logo directions and translate brand ideas into visual symbols and systems • Apply branding principles consistently across visual assets and formats • Create clean layouts, modern infographics, and clear visual hierarchies • Design reusable social media templates, marketing materials, and one-pagers • Use advanced typography, grid systems, and thoughtful composition • Transform raw data and concepts into polished assets for marketing and communication goals • Verify visual alignment, color usage, and layout consistency before delivery • Work independently across varied visual design tasks as a freelance contributor

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications is desirable • Strong portfolio demonstrating professional graphic design work, including logo design, branding, or visual identity development • Portfolio should include original logo concepts and effective visual solutions • Portfolio showcasing social media graphics, marketing collateral, infographics, and one-pagers is highly valued • Exceptional grasp of typography, visual composition, color, and grid systems • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign • Deep proficiency with Figma • Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate abstract brand ideas into distinctive visual concepts • Proven ability to develop original logo concepts and visual identities from exploration through final execution • Strong understanding of brand identity principles and application across formats • Ability to create modern infographics and social media templates • Ability to design one-pagers and digital templates across different media constraints • Adaptable, fast-paced, and detail-oriented approach • Ability to work independently and manage diverse visual tasks simultaneously • CV must be submitted in English • CV must include a portfolio link with relevant graphic design examples; applications without one will not be considered • English proficiency at Upper-intermediate (B2) or above is required • Availability for approximately 10–20 hours per week during active project phases
