📋 Description

• Lead Homi's development and growth in London • Refine the problem statement and reach problem-solution fit • Build and scale the product with real renters • Interview renters, agents, landlords, developers, and other stakeholders across London and relevant cities • Iteratively test solution concepts, including the current MVP, through demos, pilots, and user feedback • Validate the business model and willingness to pay with real estate stakeholders • Develop and iterate a scalable MVP • Drive traction and customer acquisition through MVP demos, sign-ups, and early-adopter onboarding • Recommend next steps and identify when pivots or adaptations are needed • Represent the Homi brand and post on social media • Apply to startup competitions and pitch to investors with the venture building team • Attend joint sessions with the Mindsets Ventures team

🎯 Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience in real estate, PropTech, or a related field • Entrepreneur, founder, or early-stage startup experience is a bonus • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and comfort taking ownership • Evidence of building relationships and credibility with real estate stakeholders • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, early-stage environments and work with minimal direction • Genuine curiosity about the real estate market and ability to challenge assumptions • Ability to understand problems from all affected stakeholders' perspectives • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and tailor messaging to the audience
