âą 5+ years of experience in a UX Design role âą A portfolio that clearly shows your ability to lead design strategy, elevate product quality, and mentor others âą Strong communication and facilitation skills in design contexts (critiques, discussions, and presentations) âą Experience building and scaling design systems in SaaS or multi-user environments âą Experience in qualitative and quantitative user research techniques and the ability to leverage data to make and measure decisions. âą Experience working with diverse stakeholders and teams including Product Management, Support, Marketing, and Engineering âą Excellent verbal and written communication skills to host design critiques and present your work to partners and stakeholders. âą A desire to share work early and often, learning from mistakes with humility while seeking out expertise to continuously improve your practice.
