📋 Description

• Be an owner: Design the blueprint and establish product design frameworks from scratch, including methodologies, procedures, and best practices. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Tech, Product, and Growth, to understand requirements, and design solutions that meet user needs and align with our business goals. • Lead the design of intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our product, ensuring a seamless user experience. • Be responsible that the people love, use and recommend the products built on minka cloud. • Become the expert on how the internet, bitcoin and money works. • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. • Facilitate and drive design thinking workshops, ideation sessions, and design sprints. • Explore product problems, develop design solutions that solve these problems and implementing changes based on the users' feedback and the product's business strategy. • Collaborate with engine, product and revenue teams, and our customers to make sure we built most lovable products • Build functional prototypes from the design concepts. • Perform research on product technologies and structures to implement into design concepts • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather user feedback, and use it to iterate and improve the product design. • Create and maintain a design system and UI kit that promotes consistency across all user touchpoints. • Be the advocate for our users, ensuring user-centered design principles are followed throughout the product development process. • Use data collected from research, user testing and market analysis to create truly user-centric designs • Illustrate and communicate complex design solutions across uses cases by creating process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity mock-ups • Facilitate ideation sessions with partners, customers and users to rapidly determine pain points and potential prototypes • Develop and maintain detailed design documentation including specifications, redlines, and style guides • Be the voice and the pen of the users within the company.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working in product design • Artistic and innovative flair - be weird and know how to draw • Strong background in product discovery methodologies such as design sprints and design thinking. • Get stuff done attitude and make your voice heard when necessary. • Creativity in solving problems in very ambiguous environments • Positive, motivated attitude, with an emphasis on excellent teamwork. • Passionate about the vision to improve the way people interact with money • Bachelors, Masters University Degree or equivalent preferred. • Seen Mr. Robot tv show. • Know what is a bit and what is bitcoin.
