📋 Description

• Translate ad angles, hooks, and messaging briefs into visual concepts • Generate high-quality original imagery using AI image-generation tools • Complete 4 briefs per day, generating 12–18 images per brief • Develop humorous, surreal, unconventional, and attention-grabbing visual concepts • Collaborate in real time with creative strategists and iterate on feedback • Hand off imagery to the in-house design team for compositing into finished static ads • Maintain alignment with each client’s brand, category, voice, and audience • Stay current with AI image-generation tools, models, and techniques • Test new AI capabilities and incorporate them into the workflow • Track prompts, organize generated assets, and maintain reference libraries • Progress from light supervision at Day 30 to largely independent work by Day 60 and reliable creative partnership by Day 90

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of hands-on experience generating commercial-grade visuals with AI image tools • Experience with Midjourney, Higgsfield, Flux, Nano Banana, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, or similar • Portfolio of AI-generated work demonstrating strong aesthetic judgment, creative range, and striking imagery • Very fluent written and spoken English • Ability to communicate clearly, quickly, and articulately • Ability to develop multiple unexpected visual directions from a single ad angle • Strong visual taste and ability to refine prompts to produce high-impact imagery • Familiarity with performance marketing and direct-response advertising is a strong plus • Comfortable producing multiple variations, receiving feedback, and iterating quickly • Deep familiarity with AI image generation
