📋 Description

• Deliver customer care and ensure the brand surpasses customer expectations • Provide bespoke and personal service to every customer • Respond to customer queries within agreed response times • Handle queries through live chat, phone, email and social media • Build customer relationships and use initiative when dealing with queries • Liaise with the warehouse team and couriers to resolve order issues • Work closely with stores and other head office departments • Manage a high volume of customer calls and emails during peak Christmas trading

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year’s proven experience working in a similar role, including live chat, phone calls and email, either office-based or remote • Genuine passion for customer care • Confident and comfortable telephone manner • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Confidence working in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment • Ability to demonstrate initiative • Brilliant organisation and multi-tasking skills • High attention to detail • Consistently role model Mint Velvet brand values • Availability to work until 8pm on one or two evenings per week • Availability for some Saturday and bank holiday cover
