📋 Description

• Evaluate the consolidation of two complex Microsoft 365 tenants and deliver a definitive recommendation on a phased migration approach. • Lead the assessment of two distinct MS 365 environments, focusing on identifying dependencies, B2B connections, multi-forest/domain complexity, and endpoint management models. • Define the strategy for consolidating corporate identities, specifically bridging the gap between an on-prem Active Directory environment and a cloud-transitioning identity model. • Conduct a thorough analysis to ensure the final tenant configuration aligns with critical security and compliance requirements, including ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR/EU data residency. • Evaluate current MS 365 licensing models to identify risks of duplicate licensing and propose a technology consolidation and cost optimization plan. • Design a phased migration approach and a target architectural configuration that effectively supports future acquisitions without introducing new complexity. • Prepare the final assessment report, including the technology consolidation strategy, the cost/licensing optimization plan, and a rough estimation of the migration project timeline and resource needs. • Plan and lead assessment workshops and interview sessions with key technical and business stakeholders to align on objectives and gather deep architectural data.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Architect or Senior Consultant focused on large-scale Microsoft 365 environments. • Proven experience with multi-tenant consolidation and migration strategies. • Expert knowledge of Hybrid Identity management, including Active Directory, Azure AD, multi-forest complexities, and synchronization technologies (AD Connect). • Strong working knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2 ) and data residency requirements ( GDPR ). • Experience with Microsoft 365 licensing models and a track record of identifying optimization and cost reduction opportunities. • Exceptional ability to lead technical workshops, interview stakeholders, and synthesize findings into clear, executive-level strategy reports and roadmaps.
