📋 Description

• Build financial models and tools to evaluate funding alternatives • Partner with Credit, Data, and FP&A teams on new and existing capital markets activities • Structure debt and equity strategies and evaluate capital structure decisions • Set up tools to generate investor materials • Present to investors and senior management • Work across the full lifecycle of transactions, from strategy planning and execution to reporting and analytics • Leverage AI and cutting-edge technology in financial modeling and capital markets work

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, credit rating agencies, fintech, or asset management • Proficiency in complex financial modeling and structuring of asset-backed securities and corporate financials • Ability to present and articulate complex concepts to different audiences • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong structured and critical thinking and attention to detail • Excellent project management and organization skills • Data analytics skills, including SQL, Python, and Excel • Familiarity with AI solutions to elevate operational efficiency • Experience with innovative debt and equity strategies • Interest in fintech and drive to make an impact • Strong math and quantitative analysis skills • Excellent academic record and desire to keep learning • Mission Lane is not sponsoring new applicant employment authorization • CFA/MBA is a plus
