📋 Description

• Partner with the Revenue Marketing team in developing and executing the content strategy aligned to Mitel’s business goals and campaign priorities. • Write and edit content for the Mitel website, including product pages, solution stories, blogs, and customer success narratives. • Develop storytelling-based demand generation offers and campaign assets supporting Mitel’s primary go-to-market themes. • Create and adapt content for sales enablement and training, including materials for the sales organization. • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical or strategic concepts into clear, engaging narratives for enterprise audiences. • Ensure all content maintains brand voice, consistency, and message alignment across channels. • Contribute to editorial calendars, content reviews, and publishing workflows. • Measure content effectiveness through engagement metrics, feedback, and performance data to continuously improve quality and impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional writing experience in content marketing, corporate communications, journalism, or a related field. • Proven ability to craft engaging, audience-relevant stories that drive measurable marketing or sales outcomes. • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio demonstrating versatility across content types and tones. • Experience creating content for B2B technology, preferably in unified communications or contact center markets. • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong understanding of digital content best practices and demand generation principles. • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related discipline.
