📋 Description

• Own a content theme for Brazil • Manage the community on Telegram • Create content that drives engagement and course sales • Publish 2 posts daily on Telegram • Moderate the chat and respond to DMs within 6 hours • Repurpose content into 34 Reels/Posts/Stories per week on Instagram and Shorts on YouTube • Collect user stories and turn them into social proof • Update the leaderboard and run light contests • Schedule posts in Publer and record KPIs in Notion • Attend a 30-minute remote meeting per week

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years managing communities or social media • Native Portuguese speaker and basic reading/writing in English • Enjoy recording/editing short vertical video (Reels, Shorts) • Proficient with Canva (or similar) and able to follow brand guidelines • Comfortable working with a content calendar with minimal supervision
