📋 Description

• Lead a team responsible for Customer Success reporting, dashboards, and analytics • Oversee the design, development, and delivery of operational reporting and dashboards • Maintain operational metrics and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into Customer Success performance • Oversee dashboards and reports using Salesforce, BI tools, and operational data platforms • Ensure timely delivery of recurring KPI reporting and analytical insights • Validate reporting accuracy and data integrity • Manage, develop, coach, and support the professional development of Business Operations Analysts • Prioritize analytics projects and reporting initiatives • Partner with Customer Success, CS Operations, Professional Services, Account Management, and Support leadership to define reporting needs • Translate operational questions into analytical requirements • Improve reporting automation, workflows, KPI definitions, reporting methodologies, and analytics capabilities • Communicate reporting results, trends, insights, and recommendations to Customer Success leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Statistics • 5+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or operations analysis • At least 2 years of management experience • Advanced skills in Salesforce • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including logical formulas, lookups, and pivot tables • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Domo, and Databricks • Experience working in SaaS or technology organizations • Experience supporting Customer Success or services organizations
