📋 Description

• Provide mortgage advice to customers • Handle high-velocity mortgage submissions • Build instant rapport with customers and maintain the company’s 4.7/5 Trustpilot reputation • Use AI tools, data, and new workflows to improve speed and accuracy • Work in the advice-focused “Advice Zone” while the Case Management team handles administration, lender chasing, and packaging • Deliver KPIs and world-class advice to qualify for the first-year income-floor guarantee

🎯 Requirements

• Fully qualified Mortgage Advisor with full CeMAP • Clean regulatory record • Minimum 18 months of active advising experience • Proven track record of high-velocity submissions • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable using AI, data, and new workflows • Ambitious and data-literate • Ability to build instant rapport with customers • Ability to maintain the company’s 4.7/5 Trustpilot reputation
