📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end technical stack: architecture, backend, frontend, infrastructure, data, and integrations. • Write high-quality, secure, scalable code while establishing engineering standards and patterns. • Design and maintain architecture and infrastructure that can scale with patient and provider demand. • Collaborate with product, operations, clinical, and business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions. • Craft platform flexibility to expand into other chronic condition treatment categories. • Push the vision for and implement AI tools to advance provider and treatment efficiency. • Ensure compliance with healthcare data regulations. • Define and implement processes around testing, CI/CD, documentation, and technical debt management.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience shipping real code • Proven ability to write and ship production-level code in a modern stack (Next.js) • Experience scaling engineering teams from early-stage to growth-stage • Strong background in system design, architecture, and infrastructure • Deep understanding of security, privacy, and compliance in healthcare or another high-trust industry • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders • Passion for MoldCo’s mission and improving patient outcomes
