📋 Description
• Own the strategy and execution of marketing programs for customer adoption and retention • Partner with teams to segment customers and identify expansion opportunities • Develop messaging and content tailored to customer personas • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns for product expansion • Lead customer advocacy programs and activate customer references
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience • Excellent written and storytelling skills • Strong command of customer segmentation and lifecycle strategy • Proficiency in HubSpot and analytics platforms • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with CS, Product, Sales, and RevOps
